 New Website Design

Many of my clients know that my previous career was in the real estate and mortgage industry. I enjoyed success from 1991-2010.

For me it was a natural transition to build a website for my Auntie Gloria and her husband Eric. They are Realtors in Florida.

In researching many Realtor websites, I was dismayed at the lack of good design. I found the majority of these sites were very text heavy and looked outdated.

Many Realtor websites have a search option for customers to be able to search for properties on the site. Most importantly, having a live feed of the Realtors listings is common.

The website design companies that are building websites for Realtors are very expensive. They are using IMX to supply the live listing feed.

My experience building eCommerce  stores allows me to code a feed for a much more affordable price.

I enjoy  working with real estate agents and feel that due to my many years of relationships with them I have a deeper level of depth and understanding into their needs for a great website.

For instance, this website features a local community calender of events because every great agent knows that you are selling the community as well as the home. Also, this website features a live blog feed from the local real estate market.

Social Media is very important for real estate agents. I create a live social media feed that goes out automatically to all the agents social media apps so that they can create a new flyer or post it will automatically post to all social media at the same time.

Finally, lead generation is likely the most important function of a website for any realtor. I have many options for lead generation that don’t have to break the bank!
